ABOUT THE COMPANY

AS Nord Projekt embodies rationality, creativity and quality.

As a 21st-century design agency we offer interdisciplinary solutions that cover the entire work process, from initial sketches on paper to completed buildings towering over the cityscape.

The combination of nearly 30 years of experience and a team of 16 leading specialists has resulted in a number of buildings that have helped shape the cityscape of Tallinn as we know it today. These include public buildings (e.g. Kumu Art Museum, Saku Suurhall arena and the Audentese Spordihall indoor athletics stadium) as well as commercial buildings (Rocca al Mare shopping centre, the Maxima logistics centre and the Strand hotel) and residential buildings (the Suur-Jõekalda and Padriku residential districts). Nord Projekt also has extensive experience of constructing modern car centres.

The company itself is just as wide-ranging and versatile as its clients. Nord Projekt operates in four main areas: main design and project management; architecture; constructions; and heavy-current installations. We have also built up a close-knit and far-reaching cooperation network comprising a variety of partners. Since the very start, our mission has been to serve as a convenient one-stop shop for our clients and to build up an innovative and sustainable urban environment.

Thanks to our long-term experience in Estonia and neighbouring countries, we can safely say that we have the answers to all of your questions.
